L’AS DU FALLAFEL

l'as du fallafel paris best food top things to do france

We don’t often post about just one meal or restaurant, however this was an early trip highlight that we wanted to share! L’As du Fallafel is a middle eastern restaurant located in the 4th arrondissement, north of the river, in the heart of the Jewish Quarter.

After arriving in Paris off 24hrs of transit with minimal sleep and only aeroplane meals, we were keen for a decent feed. After being highly recommended from friends, family and online, we decided to test out the famous L’As du Fallafel. We both chose the €8 falafel special and special it was. A generous serving of delicious falafels, eggplant, fresh salad and pickled cabbage and a mix of sauces. We were so satisfied with our meal that we ventured back again during our Paris stay.

So we recommend you buy into the hype you have seen online and check it out! We weren’t there during peak tourist season (early May), so be prepared for crowds if around during peak months (from what we have read online).

Note: They are CLOSED on Saturday (and early on Friday), so keep this in mind to avoid disappointment during your stay.
