Welcome to Drone Diaries 40.. one of the best installments yet! This gallery showcases the incredible, mind-blowing, PR1 Hike in Madeira. The famous Pico do Arieiro to Pico Ruvio hiking trail (PR1 trail) is one that many would be familiar with from their social media wanderlust. Narrow winding stairways on top of soaring mountains. Gut busting stair climbing combined with spectacular views. This hike was truly one of the best travel experiences we have ever had, and this gallery may not fully do it justice just how beautiful the views from this hike were. The shots above show the Pico do Arieiro and ‘Stairway to Heaven’ part of the hike. The shows below canvas the other end of the hike.. Pico Ruvio. Both offer contrasting views and landscapes. The clouds nestle in the valleys, the trails snake along the cliffs.. its just spectacular!
